Spit roast cooking holds the great flavour but doesn’t cook the meat in its own fat which gives a much healthier meal and a more flavoursome taste. Pig ‘n’ Flute roast all year round but summer is hot in the diary – so book early to avoid disappointment! Indoors or out, in a supplied marquee – the choice is yours!!
